You can note add a template in the notes section for your teachers to follow.
Head to 'Surveys' followed by 'Configure Surveys'
Scroll down to ‘Other Surveys’, ensure that you have teachers notes enabled and template enabled.
You can now add your template that you would like teachers to follow.
