Do you offer phone support?

Yes, but not as part of our regular plans. 

We have found most schools do not require phone support, that's why we have made it a separate support package. That way only those that need it, pay for it.

If you would like phone support please email help@classcreator.io to purchase an Optional Extra Support Plan .

We highly recommend schools sign up for the free support plan before signing up for phone support as our typical support turn-around times are very fast with staff in both the US and Australia.
